Glad to see everyone! Welcome. This is a website about me, and I am about the website. There is a little of my biography here, a little about my work — at least the part of it that does not overlap too much with other people’s interests — and some research. I do not rule out a little portfolio and thoughts on assorted things.

As for the part of me that is appropriate to discuss publicly, I usually like to call myself a mathematician and a software engineer — contrary to what one might expect, they are two rather different ways of thinking, and my mathematics and my software engineering are connected in more of a consumer relationship than a cognitive one. In practice, I am also a bit of a chatterbox and rather fond of texts. Hence, among other things, AI architecture.
